1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Trademark Silicon, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Trademark Silicon provides software-guided trademark assembly and filing services. We are not a law firm, and our employees are not acting as your attorneys. Our services are not a substitute for the advice of an attorney.
3. Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide to us. Any errors in the trademark application resulting from inaccurate information provided by you are your sole responsibility.
4. Fees and Payments
You agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. Fees for our services do not include government filing fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Government fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the USPTO.
5. Limitation of Liability
Trademark Silicon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which our primary operations are located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
